The Ontario, economy has  become more complex and as we  try to solve our economic  problems, we fail to recognize the fact that we created a Health Care research Monstor that hides behind our  Social complexity and if we unveil the smoke screen it can be recognized by numerous differentiated and specialised  economic dependency roles like a vacuum  sucking GDP growth.  The existence of a medical research class of information who are not involved in primary resource production, Such complexity requires a substantial “tax  subsidy” (meaning the consumption of resources, or other forms of wealth).  How are we to confront  this “Tax Confiscation)  with such a declining GDP?  it tends to create new layers of bureaucracy, infrastructure, or social class to address the challenge.
